Terms and Conditions

• Payment terms are by credit card or approved corporate purchase order.
• Shipments are FOB Plymouth, IN (unless specified by Solutions4ebiz at the time of shipment).
• Prices are in US Dollars.
• Rescheduled deliveries: cannot be accepted within fifteen (15) days of original delivery date; may only be deferred for up to 30 days; are subject to acceptance by ImageStream. Cancelled orders or rescheduled orders within fifteen (15) days of the original are subject to a 20% charge.
• Quantity prices apply to the number of units ordered either from a single purchase order.
• Use, duplication or disclosure of certain technical data and software by the U.S. Government is subject to the terms regarding restricted rights as set forth in the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software of DFAR 252.227-7013, subdivisions (b).
• Pricing on OEM products may be adjusted due to fluctuations in Memory or Processor prices.
• All sales of ImageStream products are governed by Solutions4ebiz's Terms and Conditions of Sale posted at the ImageStream Solutions web site: www.imagestreamsolutions.com. These Terms and Conditions supercede any and all other documents, statements or terms except as may be set forth in a written agreement expressly superceding these terms.
